When do we ship?
Orders are shipped Monday – Friday. All orders received no later than 5:00pm (UTC +08:00) will require one full business day for processing and packing at our warehouse. Delivery time depends on the choosen shipping method during checkout, however, we cannot guarantee delivery time. To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During the holidays, please place your order at least one week prior to ensure timely delivery.
Please note that orders are process on business days only (This excludes weekends and holidays).

How do we ship?
Most order are shipped via ABX, PosLaju, Pos Malaysia or any other courier that we deem fit. International order are subject to conditional arrangement between buyer and Solarmo, please contact us for more information on this matter.

Required Signature
Delivery to residential address typically do not require a signature, however, in the event that one is required and no one is available to sign, a note will be left noting the attempted delivery by the courier service. After three attempt to deliver, the package will be returned to Solarmo.

Tracking your order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you of your package being shipped. In this email the tracking number and the courier company will be stated. Client are required to visit the relevant courier website to track their order.
