Return for Physical Damage or Wrong Delivery Policy
For any physical damage or wrong delivery with the item(s) you received, you may return it for a replacement under the below conditions:
1. Client should inform us within 5 days after your order was delivered to you.
2. Items should be returned in unused condition and original packaging.
Please refer below for a proper return procedure.
Return procedure for physical damage product:
1. Email to email@example.com within 5 days after your order was delivered to you with the following information:
i. Your full name, contact number and billing address (include mailing address if is different).
ii. Order ID and the date the product was received.
iii. The list of items to be exchanged (Product Name and Model Number).
iv. The reason why you would like to return your items.
v. Pictures of the spotted damage as to allow us to validate the product is indeed defective. You may still initiate a return request without proper picture(s), but if there is no damage issue is involved during our inspection after we received the return item(s), the replacement shipping fees would be at the expense of the client. When return is motivated by a damage issue, we would replace the defective item at our cost, providing that our return procedure has been followed.Upon receipt of your return request, we will provide you a Return ID and shipping instruction. This Return ID should be referred to for any further correspondence inherent to this return.

3. Upon receipt of your Return ID, please ship back the item(s) we agreed on and follow all shipping instruction provided by firstname.lastname@example.org to avoid any complication.
4. Please email us with a tracking number of your return.
5. As soon as we receive your return package, our Shipping Department will process your replacement and you will receive a new tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Please be informed that we do not bear the return expenses; for example but not limited to shipping fees, custom clearance, packaging, etc shall be bear by the Returner. The item must be carefully packed and returned to us in good condition. Solarmo will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Solarmo reserved the right to use any kind of delivery service for the replacement.
