Q: How to buy?
- Click “ADD TO CART” at the product page you wish to purchase.
- Click “View Cart” to check out.
- You will be directed to your shopping cart.
- If you want to add more/ reduce quantity, click “ + “/ “ – “ under Quantity and select your quantity you wished to buy.
- You can click “ x “ if you do not want to buy this particular item.
- After that you go to “Calculate Shipping” fee. You can select the country and state you wished to deliver then click “UPDATE TOTALS” and “UPDATE CART”
- Once everything done click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” button.
- You can click “SHOP PRODUCTS” button if you want to continue buying other items.
- After you click the “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” button, you will be directed to Billing Details page. You need to key in your billing details then click “CONTINUE”.
- After that you will reach Shipping Address page. If your shipping address different from your billing address, you can tick the “Ship to a different address?” box and key in your shipping details or else, you can untick the “Ship to a different address?” box if your shipping address same as your billing address. Once everything done, click “CONTINUE”.
- You will be directed to “Review & Payment” page.
- Select which payment method you want to use to make the payment.
- You can choose from Cash on Delivery, Paypal, Debit Card and Credit Card via Paypal.
- Click “PLACE ORDER”/ “PROCEED TO PAYPAL” to make payment.
Q: Can I purchase without register an account with Solarmo?
Yes, you can proceed to purchase.
Q: What is the benefit if I register an account with Solarmo?
Registered customer can view orders, manage your shipping & billing address and edit your account details & password. Not only this, we will send newsletter, promotional coupon or new products to update registered customer.
Q: How to retrieve password if you forgot your account password?
- Go to “My Account” then click “Register”.
- You will be directed to My Account page.
- Click the “Lost your password?” then key in your email that you used to register the account and click “Submit”.
- Password reset will be sent to your email. Once you have received the email, you click “Click here to reset your password” link to set your new password.
Q: How to use coupon?
You can key in your coupon code under “Have A Promotional Code?” on the Shopping Cart page to get your discount then click “APPLY COUPON”.
